Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations during all aspects of recruitment.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of admin activities such as employee onboarding, advantages administration, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
