Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop current international customers, dealers and distributors through online research, references, databases and other business-development channels.

• Generate and qualify leads from international markets and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Handle export enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Prepare and share commercial quotations, proforma invoices and other sales documentation.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial aspects within company guidelines.

• Coordinate with Production, Technical, Logistics, Finance and Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, enquiry status and follow-up reports.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.

• Research market trends, competitors, potential customers and new countries/territories for business expansion.

• Coordinate with the export/logistics team regarding shipment-related documentation and dispatch status.





• Participate in international exhibitions, online meetings and other business-development activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, convincing and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.

• Ability to communicate professionally with international customers.

• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, international payments and shipping processes will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions/customer meetings, if required.
