- To manage personal files of all the staff as per the check list
- To prepare for induction of all employees joining the organization.
- To get pre-employment check up of all the employees.
- To do the annual appraisal of all the staff for increment/promotion purpose
- Recruitment and staffing: Adverting , interviewing and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's needs
- Organization and utilization of the workforce: organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes systems of communication
- Maintenance of the workforce: Addressing health, safety and worker issues, and ensure employee welfare
- Training and development: Evaluating workers' educational needs and designing programs to train them as per job description.
