The; FAE Manager Embedded Software Tools ;will lead a team of Field Application Engineers supporting; Qt (Development QA tools), Wind River portfolio, and other COTS embedded software solutions .

This role combines; technical leadership, customer engagement, pre-sales strategy, and business growth enablement . The manager will ensure successful; tool adoption, solution delivery, and customer success , while driving; revenue impact, competency development, and OEM/vendor alignment .

- Team Leadership Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of FAEs supporting; Qt, Wind River, and COTS tools ;
- Define competency roadmap across:; ;
