About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive based in Parwanoo to manage and expand FMCG sales across Solan, Shimla, Nahan and surrounding markets. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing retailer and distributor networks, acquiring new outlets, and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and distribution activities across Parwanoo, Solan, Shimla, Nahan and assigned nearby markets.
- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers to generate orders and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability,



visibility, merchandising, and proper placement across assigned outlets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes, promotions, and market activities and provide regular feedback to management.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, outstanding payments, and collections in coordination with distributors and the internal team.
- Maintain daily records of market visits, productive calls, orders, sales, collections, and new outlet additions.
- Achieve monthly sales, distribution, outlet coverage, and territory expansion targets.
- Travel regularly across Solan, Shimla, Nahan and other assigned areas as required for business development.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, General Trade, Distribution, or Field Sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Solan, Shimla, Nahan and surrounding markets will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
