Job Title: Relationship Manager – Unlisted Shares Sales

**Location:** Delhi
Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive the sales of Unlisted Equity Shares and Pre-IPO investment opportunities. The role involves acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering customized wealth solutions while achieving business and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

* Acquire and onboard HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, Corporate Clients, and affluent investors for Unlisted Shares investments.
* Drive sales of Unlisted Equity Shares and Pre-IPO opportunities through client acquisition and relationship management.
* Generate new business through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
* Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
* Stay updated on capital market trends, IPO pipeline, and regulatory developments.




* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales MIS, and client documentation while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Marketing preferred.
* 2–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Broking, Capital Markets, or Unlisted Shares sales.
* Strong understanding of Unlisted Equity, Pre-IPO investments, and capital market products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Existing HNI/UHNI client network will be an added advantage.
