Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Technical Support Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems,
and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, documenting solutions, and working collaboratively with other teams to deliver quality support and improve user experiences.

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
