About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in selling AI, Generative AI, technology, or qualified certification courses.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B and B2I (Business-to-Institution) sales, along with excellent communication, consultative selling, lead conversion, and relationship-management skills.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, selling AI learning programs to individuals and institutions, developing corporate/institutional relationships, and achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end inside sales for AI, GenAI, and technology-focused courses/programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate AI courses/programs.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and explain course benefits, outcomes, curriculum, and career/business value.
- Generate and convert B2B and B2I leads from companies, educational institutions, colleges, universities, training organizations, and corporate L&D; teams.
- Identify decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Talent Development Heads, Business Heads, CXOs, College Management, Deans, Training & Placement Heads, etc.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct product/course presentations and online demos for prospective clients.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercials, follow up, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up, and conversion data in CRM.
- Work closely with marketing and academic/product teams to improve lead conversion.
