Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate with 8–10 years of experience in residential property sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of apartments, villas, and residential projects, managing a sales team, developing channel partner networks, generating leads, and achieving monthly and annual booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for residential real estate projects, including apartments, villas, and gated communities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Property Consultants.
- Generate business through direct sales, digital leads, referrals, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers,



channel partners, and property consultants.
- Ensure effective follow-up on leads and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Handle customer meetings, project presentations, negotiations, and booking closures.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure a high conversion rate from site visit to booking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and agreement.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead status, site visits, conversions, and collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline reports for senior management.
- Identify market trends, competitor projects, pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
