Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Manager Patient Outreach Acquisition to lead our efforts in identifying,



engaging, and onboarding current patients through partnerships, community engagement, digital platforms, and referral channels. This is a mission-critical role focused on ensuring that individuals who need support are aware of and can access our services with ease.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement patient outreach strategies targeting NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers, and online channels
- Identify and onboard new partners including psychologists, hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners for referral collaborations
- Represent Antardhwani in mental health awareness events, webinars, and community health drives
- Develop and disseminate outreach materials in print and digital formats to increase visibility of services
- Track outreach performance metrics including lead generation, conversions, and engagement
- Manage incoming inquiries and ensure seamle
