Role Description
The IFM Operations Head – School Experience is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading integrated facilities management operations across one or more school campuses. This role oversees day-to-day building and infrastructure maintenance, housekeeping, security, transport, and other support services to ensure a safe, efficient,



and learner-friendly setting. The IFM Operations Head will develop and implement operational processes, manage vendor relationships, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and ESG standards. The role includes close coordination with school leadership, timely reporting on performance metrics, handling escalation of operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position also involves mentoring on-site teams, implementing technology-based solutions, and aligning operations to VISCO India’s quality and service excellence standards.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in integrated facilities management or operations leadership, preferably in education, corporate campuses, or large real estate portfolios.
