Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Compliance qualified to manage statutory compliances, taxation matters, audits, financial reconciliations, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely compliance with tax laws.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
- Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.
- Assist in financial reporting,



compliance documentation, and audit requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
- Support process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in handling audits and compliance activities.
- Expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax regulations.
- Familiarity with Companies Act compliances.
- Exposure to ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
