Job Summary
Client is seeking an AVP based in India to lead execution across Strategic Finance, FP&A;, and Corporate Accounting. This role serves as the primary India-based counterpart to U.S. finance and investment leadership and is responsible for translating U.S.-defined strategy, priorities, and operating standards into consistent, high-quality execution at scale.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and operational finance executive who combines analytical rigor with execution discipline. This role owns day-to-day delivery, enforces quality and controls, develops high-performing teams, and ensures finance operations are reliable, scalable, and decision-useful, supporting the efficient deployment, monitoring,



and return of investor capital.

Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Execution Management
Lead managers and individual contributors across Strategic Finance, FP&A; and Corporate Accounting

Own day-to-day execution, capacity planning, workload prioritization and on-time delivery

Establish transparent performance standards, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms

Coach and develop managers and high-performing individual contributors

Partner with U.S. leadership on hiring plans, onboarding, and team growth

Strategic Finance & Analytics
Lead a Team Responsible For
Recurring financial, operational and investment reporting

Ad hoc analysis to support leadership

Support for budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes

Act as a quality-control and review layer before outputs are shared with U.S. stakeholders

Ensure analyses are accurate, clearly communicated, and decision-useful
