Role Description
The HR & Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities and supporting business growth initiatives in a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include talent acquisition and onboarding, HR policy implementation, performance management support, and coordination of training and development programs. The role also involves employer branding activities, maintaining positive employee relations,



and ensuring compliance with HR standards and local regulations. On the business development side, responsibilities include identifying potential clients, supporting client outreach, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align staffing solutions with market needs.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance support.
- Experience in Human Resource Development and Training & Development to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ability to drive Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
- Understanding of or interest in the semiconductor/analog IC design domain is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administ
