Job Requirements
- Provide technical solution in the area of Tankage Asset Integrity
- Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest
- Drive and manage Engineers to execute Tanks Integrity workflows with Quality at scale
- Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned
- Support core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency
- Coordinate the activities between customer and global technical teams
- Adaptable to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites
- Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs
- Support Project Managers & Technical managers on technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions
Work Experience
- Engineering degree in (Mechanical/Materials or Chemical) engineering
- 5 to 8 years of oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil & gas)
- Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas
- Risk Based Inspection methodologies
- Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures
- Inspection Optimization
- In-service & Shutdown inspection experience of all types of Storage Tanks
- Fitness for Service & Life extension studies for Storage Tanks
- Repair scope preparation
- API Damage Mechanisms of Refinery/Chemicals
- Familiarity with codes and standards
- Knowledge of corrosion & welding
- Knowledge of NDTs (Inspection Techniques)
- Thickness inspection management and analysis
- Corrosion management and analysis
- Inspection plan development/ optimization.
- Knowledge of software (APM Meridium/Pestra/Credo, etc.) added advantage
