A Cafe Manager oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, monitor food and beverage preparation quality, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise baristas, kitchen staff, and service personnel. Resolve conflicts and foster a positive working workplace.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Track daily sales, manage budgets, process vendor orders, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste to optimize profit margins.
- Customer Service: Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring high service standards and repeat business.
- Marketing & Sales: Implement promotional campaigns, update seasonal menus, and engage with the local community to drive foot traffic.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
