Role & responsibilities
- Independently manage complete interior fit-out execution from mobilization to handover, including subcontractors, manpower, materials and daily site activities.
- Study and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP drawings, BOQ and specifications, ensuring works are executed as per approved details and quality standards.
- Prepare/check quantity take-offs, site measurements, RA bills, subcontractor bills, variations and extra items, with proper records and supporting documentation.
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly progress, work fronts, manpower and material requirements; coordinate with Client, PMC, Architect, Consultants and MEP agencies.
- Ensure quality, finishing, snag closure, material control, documentation and timely completion of all interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, stone, carpentry, glazing, painting and related finishes.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant construction qualification with minimum 10 years of interior fit-out execution experience.
- Preferably from an interior contracting / turnkey contracting company with experience independently handling complete project sites.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, billing, quantity take-off, subcontractor management, material reconciliation and site documentation.
- Solid understanding of architectural/interior drawings and coordination with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and ELV services.
- Experience in commercial offices, airports, hotels, institutional or high-end interiors, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project preferred.
