The role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead,



you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the target SFMC data model, journey/automation architecture and multi-locale governance model

Translate roadmap items (new channels such as WhatsApp/Kakao/LINE, personalization, campaign management enhancements) into technical solution designs

Lead and review AMPscript/SSJS, SQL query activities, Automation Studio and Journey Builder development delivered by SFMC developers

Own integration design between SFMC and Core/Com
