Key Responsibilities
- ​Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily ledgers for both the wellness division and the commercial scent program.
- ​Tax & Compliance: Handle all monthly and quarterly GST calculations, filings, and standard statutory compliance.
- ​E-Commerce & Export Accounting: Reconcile digital sales dashboards, manage export documentation, and track cross-border payments.
- ​Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical and digital audits of our wellness inventory (e.g., 30ml carrier oils) and commercial scent hardware (diffusers and premium scent extracts).
- ​Corporate Administration: Manage general filings, maintain organized company records, and handle detailed minutes-keeping for official meetings.

​What We Are Looking For
- ​Education: B.Com or a related degree in Finance/Accounting.
- ​Experience: 1 to 3 years of practical experience in bookkeeping, GST filing, and basic corporate compliance.
- ​Technical Skills: Strong command over Tally (or similar accounting software) and MS Excel.

Must be based in or near Calicut and able to commute to the office daily.

About the Role

​Flaviour International is expanding. We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Accountant to manage the daily financials across two core business divisions: our established Essential Oils & Wellness brand (including B2B wholesale, e-commerce, and exports), and our rapidly growing B2B Commercial Scent Division (Scent-as-a-Service).

​You will be the financial backbone of our Calicut office, ensuring perfect compliance, accurate inventory tracking, and smooth daily operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
