We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Business Development Executive with prior experience in digital marketing sales to help grow our agency across India and UAE markets.
This role is for someone who understands digital marketing services and knows how to generate leads, build relationships, pitch solutions, and close deals.
You should be comfortable selling services such as website development, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, branding, and performance marketing.
This is a target-driven role with strong incentive earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients across India, UAE and Foreign Countries
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Work with internal marketing efforts including paid ads and organic lead channels
- Build and maintain prospect databases
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Understand client business needs and recommend relevant digital marketing solutions
- Conduct discovery calls and requirement discussions
- Present agency services professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
- Negotiate and close deals
Sales Process Management
- Maintain proper follow-up cadence with prospects
- Update CRM / lead tracker regularly
- Track pipeline progress and sales status
- Ensure smooth handover to project delivery team after closure
Account Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships
- Support renewals and repeat business opportunities
- Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales
- Prior experience in digital marketing agency sales is strongly preferred
- Experience selling services like SEO, website development, social med
