We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Tulja Bhawani Soya PVT Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing of our Soya DOC (De-Oiled Cake), primarily used for Poultry and Fish Feed. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our market reach, building strong relationships with B2B clients, and significantly increasing our overall sales volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Soya DOC for Poultry and Fish Feed sectors.
- Identify and connect with new DOC buyers, traders, and corporate clients.
- Visit large-scale poultry farms and feed manufacturers regularly for direct marketing.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and negotiations with potential business parties.
- Develop strategic marketing plans to boost company sales and market share.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.




- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Soya DOC, animal feed, agriculture, or poultry industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field visits.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in local languages and workable knowledge of English/Hindi (Tamil , Kannada ,Telugu Preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
