Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Technical Program Manager to drive Design Services program(s)– covering the Component Engineering Team Product Owner role and driving overall POD (Product Oriented Delivery) Program success while driving Productivity workstreams – and to personally build the AI/workflow automation.



The individual should be able to drive DS vision of fused, three-part profile: Build (Python/.NET, RPA, AI/LLM integration, API/MCP-first architecture); Product Owner mindset - outcome-driven backlog, Agile PI cadence, and Knowledge or awareness of component/material engineering domain depth ( ERP/PLM, data flows) so the automation is trustworthy at Design Services' quality bar.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Product Owner role for the Component Engineering Team and drive overall POD (Product Oriented Delivery) success – running an outcome-driven backlog, Agile PI cadence, and SLA execution.
- Personally build the AI/workflow automation behind the POD – Python/.NET development, RPA, and AI/LLM integration on an API/MCP-first architecture – rather than only specifying requirements for others to build.
- Drive part-maintenance and lifecycle passthrough automation progressing E2E passthrough toward FY27 exit targets.
