1. Setting up Corporate NPS (National Pension System) business for the region

1. Tie up for Corporate NPS for their employees and facilitate them with end to end support in implementing Corporate NPS.

2. Would acquire agents, business correspondents or referral partners to distribute retail NPS

3. Would be managing existing as well as recent agents to increase the subscriber base with AUM

4. Responsible for acquiring agents within mapped region

5. Engaging with external POP s to increase the PFM AUM

2. Aligning with internal and external stakeholders (channels / marketing team etc. ) to ensure smooth implementation of the Scheme in the Corporates

1. Tracking and assisting the HR and payroll of the corporate for monthly contribution processing .

2. Conducting sessions training programs on NPS retirements planning

3. Presentation Skills to enable timely data presentation, to convey information in an orderly and meaningful manner
