About the role





Rippling is looking for an Operations Associate to onboard employees and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with various federal, state and local agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to become a foundational member of our customer operations team. You’ll help design scalable processes to bring recent customers into our platform, while working cross-functionally to minimize the operational burden through software and process automation. It’s a highly cross-functional role which impacts our sales and product teams.

- Execute tasks related to new employees’ onboarding such as employee onboarding verifications, benefits setup and enrollments for our customers
