- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in CRM/customer service, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate documentation is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
