We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead convertion to closure.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer database.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve group targets.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
