Business Development Executive – My Brand Makers

About the Role

My Brand Makers is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new clients, converting leads, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, social media, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Present suitable Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Lead Generation solutions.
- Explain services, packages, pricing, deliverables, and benefits clearly to potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads from initial inquiry to conversion.
- Conduct client meetings through calls, video meetings, and in-person meetings when required.




- Prepare and share proposals and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
- Negotiate commercials and assist in closing deals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate lead information, CRM updates, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; Sales, Marketing, or Business background preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
