We are looking for a talented, passionate, and customer-oriented Salon Staff Member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, coloring, skincare, or general beauty treatments, alongside a flair for delivering exceptional client service. - Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their beauty/styling needs, assess hair/skin types, and recommend suitable services or products.
- Hair & Beauty Services: Perform professional hair cuts, styling, coloring, highlights, blowouts, treatments, or facial and waxing services (depending on specialization).
- Salon Hygiene & Maintenance: Keep your workstation, tools, and the overall salon environment clean, sanitized, and organized according to health and safety standards.
- Product Recommendations: Educate clients on proper home-care routines and recommend retail hair/beauty products.
- Appointment Management:



Assist with scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and ensuring a welcoming salon atmosphere.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members to ensure the salon runs smoothly during peak hours.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Hair Stylist, Beautician, or Salon Professional (minimum [X] years of experience preferred).
- Valid cosmetology license, certification, or formal training from a recognized beauty institute.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest beauty and hair trends, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor with a strong customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
