Job Description – Sales Executive (TMT Segment)

Designation: Sales Executive – TMT

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Reporting To: GM – Sales

Job Purpose

To generate sales of TMT Bars, develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales of TMT Bars in the assigned area.
- Develop new customers, dealers, builders, contractors, and project clients.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and generate business.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and orders.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms as per company policy.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments for smooth order execution.
- Follow up for timely payments and collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales MIS.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.





Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid customer relationship abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of TMT/Steel products and local market.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Ability to work independently and travel for customer visits.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–8 years of experience in TMT, Steel, Construction Material, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in dealing with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and project customers will be preferred.
