Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand presence across global markets.
- Identify and develop opportunities in international markets.
- Drive B2B lead generation, client acquisition and market expansion for technology/software solutions.
- Plan and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for international markets.
- Manage international marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content and other B2B channels.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Technology teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and propositions.
- Build and manage relationships with international clients, prospects, partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead pipeline, conversion metrics and marketing ROI.
- Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team while ensuring achievement of defined targets and timelines.
- Represent the company professionally in international client meetings,



presentations and business discussions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within IT Services, Software, SaaS, AI or Technology companies.
- Proven experience in handling international clients and international marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of global B2B marketing and client acquisition.
- Experience in generating qualified leads and business opportunities from international markets.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Solid team management and leadership capabilities.
- Good understanding of technology, software products, SaaS, AI and digital solutions.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, lead generation, market research and GTM strategies.
- Ability to independently plan and execute international marketing initiatives.
