Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for volume hiring, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns across multiple locations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the process.

Job Requirements :
- 6-20 years of experience in HRBP role with expertise in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and volume hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects with tight deadlines.
- Robust understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations related to employment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
