About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.
- Ensure effective communication with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Collaborate with resource managers to identify and address resource constraints.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Proactively resolve issues impacting project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate user training,
change management, and communication activities.
- Drive adherence to project management best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with business processes.
- Experience in SAP Rollout, Migration, Upgrade, or Support Projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Solid client handling, coordination, documentation, and business analysis capabilities.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
