What You Bring
- Proven experience
(5+ years) in
IT recruitment
, with a strong track record of closing senior-level or niche tech roles (e.g., engineers, architects, product managers).
- Exceptional communication skills
(fluent English, both written and verbal).
- Resourcefulness and resilience:




ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently.
- Deep understanding
of the tech talent market, including trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
- Self-motivation and discipline
to excel in a fully remote role.
- Tech-savviness
: Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
