Roles & Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Improve conversion rates across inbound and outbound channels.
- Identify recent revenue opportunities.
- Increase average order value and repeat customer business.
- Lead the daily sales meetings with clear action items.
- Coach and mentor all sales executives.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews.
- Monitor productivity and ensure accountability.
- Monitor CRM hygiene and pipeline health.
- Ensure all leads are assigned and followed up within SLA.
- Improve inquiry-to-order conversion.




- Reduce lead leakage.
