Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities for our manufacturing factory.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts in Tally Prime
- Purchase and sales entries
- GST invoicing and GST reconciliation
- GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B coordination
- TDS accounting and basic compliance
- Bank reconciliation
- Debtors and creditors management
- Raw-material and finished-goods inventory accounting
- Vendor payments and purchase records
- Petty cash and factory expenses
- Payroll/wages accounting
- Coordinate with the company’s CA for statutory filings
- Prepare basic MIS and Excel reports
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills and vouchers

Requirements
- preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant experience




- Manufacturing/factory experience strongly preferred
- Positive knowledge of Tally Prime
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of inventory accounting
- Ability to independently maintain day-to-day books
- Candidates from Howrah, Andul, Domjur, Sankrail, Bally or nearby areas preferred

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 depending on experience and skill level.
