Role & responsibilities
- Prepare & submit RA bills to clients
- Conduct measurements along with site supervisors & maintain Measurement Books with drawings/photo references
- Track bill certification; follow up with client billing teams
- Raise variation & extra item statements with supporting documentation
- Verify subcontractor bills against actual work done at site
- Coordinate with site supervisors for quantity take-offs & Work Completion Certificates
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4-8 years experience in billing - finishing and interior works essential
- Must have independently prepared RA bills for interior/civil works
- Experienced with Method Statements
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Mumbai-based preferred
