Role & responsibilities

Overall state-level D2D business ownership, dealer relationship management, team leadership, revenue and target achievement, dealership expansion, productivity, business reviews, and strategy execution. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience with strong D2D/dealership sales exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall business performance and premium targets for the assigned state.

Develop and execute the state-level strategy for Direct to Dealership (D2D) business growth.

Manage and strengthen relationships with key automobile dealerships and dealer principals.

Drive insurance penetration and business conversion across mapped dealerships.

Identify and onboard new dealerships to expand the business footprint.

Lead, coach, and manage the RM/field sales team to achieve assigned targets.

Set clear targets for team members and monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance.

Review business productivity, premium, conversion, lead generation,



and dealer-wise performance.

Conduct regular reviews with RMs and ensure timely corrective actions for underperforming locations.

Build solid relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Heads, and other key dealership stakeholders.

Work closely with dealership teams to improve lead generation and insurance conversion.

Identify market opportunities and develop plans to increase market share within the assigned territory.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends and take appropriate business actions.

Ensure effective implementation of company initiatives, campaigns, contests, and sales programs at the dealership level.

Coordinate with Central, Operations, Training, Claims, and other internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
