Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp chats.
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- Build customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
- D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers & Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements
- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Mandatory)
- Kannada, Telugu, Bengali or any additional regional language is a plus.

Working Schedule
- 6 Days a Week
- Rotational Week Off
