We are hiring Manager - Transaction Advisory for our office situated in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and execute transaction advisory mandates across asset classes, with a robust inclination toward real estate and structured investments. The role involves financial evaluation, stakeholder coordination, end-to-end deal execution, and strategic advisory across various investment opportunities for our clients.

Role & responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, benchmarking and industry analysis.
- Develop and review information memorandum, pitch deck, case proposal or case summary of various investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models for investment evaluation.
- Lead financial due diligence and in-depth analysis of investment opportunities.




- Develop and review advanced financial models (DCF, IRR, scenario analysis, project feasibility) as per the requirement of the transaction.
- Drive buy-side and sell-side transaction execution from evaluation to closure.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, AIF(s) or other funds and institutions.
- Work closely with investors, developers, institutions or strategic partners.
- Support structuring of transactions and ensure efficiency of capital flow and taxation impact of the transaction.
- Manage negotiations, documentation and coordination with legal and financial stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of investments and track key financial and operational metrics.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field.
- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in trans
