Job Description Logistics Sales Executive (Business Development)

About the Role

We are looking for a *Go-Getter Logistics Sales Executive* with a proven track record in business development and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, the ability to acquire new clients, and a hunger to grow with the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who has consistently delivered *20–30 lakh or more in monthly revenue* and has an established client network across *Pune, Mumbai, and Gujarat*.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain services.

* Acquire recent clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

* Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business deals.





* Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.

* Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

* Travel as required for client meetings and business development.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum *3–4 years of experience* in Logistics Sales, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Supply Chain Sales.

* Proven record of generating *20–30 lakh+ monthly revenue*.

* Strong existing client base or business network across *Pune, Mumbai, and Gujarat*.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Target-driven with a *Go-Getter mindset*.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

* Ready to travel for business development activities.
