Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic
Candidate Acquisition Specialist
to support our US IT Bench Sales operations. The role will primarily focus on identifying, sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT professionals who can be added to the company’s bench and successfully marketed to US clients and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, an understanding of US IT staffing, and the ability to build a consistent pipeline of qualified consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT consultants through
LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks, social media, and internal databases
.
- Identify candidates who are actively looking for new projects or interested in working with our Bench Sales team.
- Screen candidates based on their
technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, expected rate, and career requirements
.




- Conduct initial discussions with consultants and explain the company's Bench Sales process and expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants across technologies such as:
- Java / Full Stack
- .NET
- DevOps / Cloud
- Data Engineering
- Business Analysis
- QA / Automation
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Cybersecurity
- AI / ML and other IT technologies
- Collect and verify required candidate information, resumes, skill matrices, work authorization details, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the
Bench Sales Recruiters
for smooth handover and marketing of onboarded consultants.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update consultant status.
- Develop long-term relationships with consultants and generate referrals.
- Follow up consistently with prospective consultants to improve acquisition and onboarding conversion.
