About the Role

Solaris is looking for energetic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executives to join our Australian process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers in Australia, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Australian market.
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about Solaris's products/services.
- Maintain skilled and engaging conversations with prospects.
- Schedule appointments or callbacks for qualified leads.
- Follow provided calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and calling targets.




- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide qualified leads.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian calling standards.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with Australian customers over the phone.
- Valuable listening, convincing, and objection-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in Australian outbound calling, telecalling, BPO, lead generation, or international voice processes will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.
