Position: Assistant Manager - CRM (Real Estate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Assistant Manager CRM to manage customer relationships, coordinate with clients, handle payment collections and follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records in the ERP/CRM system. The candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client coordination and customer relationship activities for real estate projects.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, instalments, and collection schedules.
- Coordinate with clients for payment reminders, receipts, documentation, agreements, and other requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information, payment details, and communication records in the ERP software.
- Generate and maintain customer/collection reports and MIS through ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project/Construction teams for timely resolution of customer queries.
- Handle customer queries,



complaints, and requests and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Track booking, payment, documentation, and other customer-related activities.
- Send payment reminders and follow up with customers for overdue amounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the possession/handover process and coordinate required documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the customer lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relationship / Collections / Post-Sales.
- Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
