About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US IT Staffing and Direct Client Acquisition.

The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 American companies and direct clients, obtain their active IT requirements on a daily basis, and work closely with our recruiting team to fulfill those requirements quickly and consistently.

This is a direct-client-focused BD role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has established relationships with US-based end clients / Fortune 500 companies / large American enterprises and can generate genuine job requirements directly from them.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Business Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Tier-1 US companies and direct end clients.
- Establish relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, talent acquisition teams, vendor management teams, and staffing program managers.
- Generate recent direct-client accounts through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, referrals, market research, and existing relationships.
- Understand the client's hiring needs, technology environment, staffing process, and vendor requirements.
- Obtain active IT job requirements on a daily basis from direct US clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and proactively identify upcoming hiring needs.
- Build long-term relationships rather than focusing only on individual requirements.
