Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Research and understand North American Property Management market and key customer

types.

2. Drive strategies to reach potential customers

3. Experience with a variety of SEM and SMO platforms

4. Ability to lead a small team of marketeers

5. Great project management and coordination skills to deal with 3rd parties and other functions

within the company

6. Experience with Content Creation and Management

7. Strategic in understanding the Customer sales funnel and optimizing it.

8. Establishing, Reporting,



Optimizing KPI for Marketing Funnel.

9. Establish new marketing channels – 3rd party email lists, cold calling as needed.

10. Increasing qualified leads coming to the sales team.

Personal Qualities

1. Must be a team player, self-driven, creative and passionate about creating the best and most

stable software

2. Always up-to-date with the latest customer needs and market trends

Qualifications

1. 4-8 years of experience in working with software product companies working as a marketing

manager. Experience in working on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products with start-up

companies highly preferred

2. Bachelors or master’s degree in Business or related field

3. Ability to understand customer needs, prioritize needs and do competitive analysis

4. Experience marketing to small and mid-sized North American Business is advantageous

5. Experience in working with globally distributed virtual teams will be advantageous
