Role Description
The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Dwarka. This role involves guiding buyers through the residential property search, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and supporting clients in evaluating options that fit their needs and budgets. The specialist will manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead follow-up, documentation support, and coordination with developers, agents, and internal teams.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, assisting in contract negotiations, providing responsive customer service, and promoting the advantages of the organized buyers’ club. The role also requires staying updated on local residential real estate trends in Dwarka and nearby areas to offer informed, trustworthy advice to buyers.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Residential Real Estate and Real Estate Sales skills, with hands-on experience in buyer-facing roles.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation and basic understanding of real estate documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, active listening, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
