Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the schedule time.
- Monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
- Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company efficiency.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily/monthly production reports.

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Production, mechanical, Industrial engineering, or related field.
- 2 or 5 years of experience in production/operations management preferred.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
