indusayush is a digital health platform that enables individuals and families to securely organize and access their health records, including prescriptions, lab reports, X-rays, consultation notes, and other health documents.
Role
WhatsApp & Toll-Free Support Executive
The role is responsible for assisting indusayush users through WhatsApp and the Toll-Free support channel and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries received through WhatsApp and Toll-Free numbers.
- Assist users with registration, login, subscriptions, payments, and basic app-related issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, courteous responses.
- Escalate technical or complex issues and follow up until closure.
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions and issues.




- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring concerns.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; 12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support, call centre, telecalling, or a similar role preferred.
- Good spoken and written English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
- Patient, polite, and customer-focused.

Computer Skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, CRM/customer support tools, and web applications.
- Ability to maintain customer records and update issue/status trackers.
- Comfortable using smartphones and handling basic app-related troubleshooting.
