Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager who can manage digital marketing activities, generate quality leads, handle prospects and convert leads into paying customers.

The candidate will be responsible for both marketing growth and sales performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate and manage qualified leads.
- Coordinate content, creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation.
- Track website and social media performance.

Sales & Lead Conversion
- Contact and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert marketing leads into sales.
- Conduct client calls and online meetings.




- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales.

Reporting & Performance
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track leads, conversions and revenue.
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales results.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with telecallers, designers, content creators and other team members.
- Set daily priorities and follow-up schedules.
- Support the team in achieving marketing and sales targets.
