We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager with a strong digital-first mindset, supported by an engineering background (B.Tech) and an MBA in Marketing. The role requires hands-on ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution, while ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
This position is ideal for a marketer who understands technology-driven and B2B businesses, is data-oriented, and can translate complex offerings into explicit, impactful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Own and execute digital marketing initiatives across website, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns
- Plan and manage always-on and campaign-based digital programs to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and execution,
with a strong focus on LinkedIn and relevant platforms
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform insights, and dashboards
- Support website management, landing pages, SEO optimization, and ongoing digital content updates
Branding & Marketing Communications
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline channels
- Support brand campaigns, corporate announcements, and internal communications
- Coordinate development of marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, brochures, and digital creatives
- Work closely with design, content, and agency partners to maintain brand quality and standards
Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive digital content distribution for blogs, articles, newsletters, and leadership communications
